I have used Today Tix for years and they have only become a better service as they have continued to grow. Great discounts on fantastic shows, and efficient, helpful, professional, and friendly customer-service reps have made my experiences fantastic. Keep up the good work!
Wrong date booked!!!
We are due to travel to New York in the new year and wanted to book our Broadway tickets out of the way, We couldn't decide what to see but was soon swayed to book tickets to see Funny Girl upon learning Lea Michele was the new lead (huge Glee fans), however, upon reading and checking our confirmation email we noticed the date was wrong and had been booked for the day before (we planned on watching the NY Rangers ice hockey game that same evening!!!!) We was beyond devastated having read that no refunds or exchanges were given, all sales were final and no ticket protection was offered for our showing when booking. We had given up all hope but I emailed promptly and explained the situation, thinking the worst that could happen was they say no and we have to miss the Hockey game. Within half an hour I had received an email from Jennifer (wonder woman) stating they had cancelled our order with no fee or charges as the payment hadn't been fully processed! Safe to say we were on cloud 9 and will definitely be booking the CORRECT showing through TodayTix (right after we've booked our NHL tickets) Cannot fault the customer service we received!! thankyou!!!

Adverse Weather and no flexibility shown
Request for rebooking for future date declined. Reason for request….we’re being advised to not travel, stay safe due to weather conditions. Doesn’t really matter that the show is still on…..it’s unsafe to get there.

I had to change my ticket due to the weather warning and getting to the theatre would have been difficult, TodayTix very quickly produced a solution where I was able to rebook with a future date and release my current tickets - thanks to Lewis for the quick turnaround, much appreciated!

Refund declined
Bought two tickets as a surprise for my daughter to see Wicked and had to cancel due to her being unwell, thought she had Covid and wanted to be safe so arranged a refund. Was unsure when she would be well so requested the tickets to be put on hold. Tried to rebook for the show, when she was better and received a very disheartening letter, that advised me that due to their policy and me not booking in line with this, my refund had been declined and would not be recompensed in any way.
So I called their customer contact centre and was told the same thing. What started off as a thoughtful gesture has now become a stressful experience. I only bought them because I had originally taken my nephews to see Lion King and had to purchase an extra ticket and found the process to be very efficient.
I will escalate this since if we could all have the foresight to see will happen in the future, then your refund line would not exist.Tickets are all purchased in good faith and as a customer it would have been good to look at this as a mitigating circumstance where this was beyond my control and my main concern was the wellbeing of my daughter. If you are thinking of purchasing any tickets please be 100% certain since, trying to get a refund is not a pleasant experience and is also stressful.

I have used Today Tix for years and always come back for the great prices. Today, I’m reviewing them to celebrate their excellent customer service. I have had to use their customer service twice in the past couple of days due to errors I made when placing orders. They were responsive and extremely accommodating.

Excellent personal service and support
I had tickets for Friday evening but on Friday morning my friend fell at work and broke her ankle. There was no way she could attend the show that evening. The policy said we needed 48 hours notice to exchange our tickets so I believed all was lost. I decided to phone anyway - the worst they could say was no. I spoke to Lucy who was very sympathetic and said she would see what she could do. In under an hour she had it sorted and sent me an exchange voucher and I have rebooked the tickets for a few weeks time. I honestly didn’t expect that to happen and I am so relieved and grateful. Excellent service - personal and understanding! Thank you so much!

I just purchased tickets for Tina turner Saturday to find out I get my tickets emailed only 2 hours before show . I’m traveling into NYC especially for the show just want me sure those tickets come through ?♀️?♀️

If I could give a review with less than 1 star, I would. This joke of a company deserves NO STARS WHATSOEVER.
Having booked Harry Potter parts 1 & 2 for my daughters Christmas present, I received the tickets straightaway. A few weeks later, another email arrived telling me that the price was wrong, the tickets had been cancelled & money refunded! So it's there error & we suffer. Brilliant. I rebooked a different date.
Part 1 went ahead as booked & then part 2 cancelled there & then. My daughter was given a letter promising that they could rebook for both parts free of charge. I sent this to customer services & they asked me to supply 3 alternative dates for rebooking which I did. Having heard nothing, I resent several emails with no response. I called customer services to be told that they had refunded me. End of.
I did not ask for a refund and want to rebook, as promised for both parts.
This company is an absolute joke. They don't know the meaning of customer service and have just refunded to avoid sorting the issue out.

Very disappointed loyal customer…
I’ve been a loyal customer of Today Tix for many years now, and I must say I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service I received from LJ on their support email, especially considering the reason for my care request was due to that fact that I wouldn’t be able to attend a show due to an unexpected surgery which will leave me in recovery for 6 weeks. Instead of politely explaining that they cannot offer refunds and only vouchers, I was accused of lying when I said the voucher email sent a few days prior had gone into my spam.
Fortunately, Kennedy has been very helpful and offered to send over another voucher so that I can rebook my tickets, which was handled within the hour - also highlighting that voucher emails from Today Tix can sometimes go into spam folders (discounting LJ’s accusation).
I understand every company has Ts & Cs, but you’d expect them to be a little more understanding in exceptional circumstances and considering I’ve been a loyal customer (I’m sure the support team have the ability to view how many show tickets I’ve purchased with them over the years).
I’m left feeling very upset, and will likely just book direct with the theatre’s box office for future shows.
